Welcome to mycentral.domains, operated by Central Domains LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company ("Company"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the mycentral.domains website, application, APIs, and all related services.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to the individual or entity accessing the Platform.
• "We," "us," "our" refers to Central Domains LLC, operating as mycentral.domains.
• "Content" refers to domain data, DNS records, analytics, and any other material you import or generate on the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and any connected Web3 wallets.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately at security@mycentral.domains of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Services Description

mycentral.domains provides:

• Unified domain portfolio management across Web2 registrars and Web3 naming services (ENS, Unstoppable Domains).
• AI-powered domain analytics, valuation, and recommendations.
• DNS management and monitoring.
• Expiration alerts and renewal management.
• WHOIS lookup and domain availability tools.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform with 30 days' notice.

5. Subscription & Payments

5.1 Plans

We offer Free, Pro, and Enterprise tiers. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms. For billing inquiries, contact billing@mycentral.domains.

5.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. After this period, refunds are issued at our sole discretion. Contact billing@mycentral.domains to request a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including cybersquatting, domain hijacking, or trademark infringement.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, including through automated scraping, DDoS attacks, or injection attacks.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without our written consent.

Violations may be reported to abuse@mycentral.domains.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

The Platform, its design, code, branding, and AI models are the exclusive property of mycentral.domains and are protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Your Content

You retain all ownership of your domain data and content. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely to provide and improve our services.

8. Third-Party Services & API Key Disclaimer

The Platform integrates with third-party registrars, DNS providers, and blockchain networks. When you provide registrar API credentials, you authorize us to act as a data processor on your behalf solely to retrieve and display your domain data. We are not responsible for:

• The availability, accuracy, or security of third-party registrar APIs or blockchain networks.
• API key revocation, rate limiting, or policy changes made by third-party registrars that may interrupt the Platform's functionality.
• Any actions taken (or not taken) by a registrar on domains in your portfolio, including expirations, transfers, or DNS changes.
• Loss or exposure of credentials resulting from unauthorized access to your mycentral.domains account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mycentral.domains shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform.
• Loss of domain names due to missed renewal deadlines, registrar errors, or blockchain network failures.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless mycentral.domains, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

• By you: You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We will remove your data within 30 days.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), unless you reside in a jurisdiction where arbitration clauses are non-enforceable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
